Weeding Machines When we talk about the waterproof performance of lithium batteries in depth, we are actually evaluating the resistance of the entire lithium battery system, including the battery itself and its encapsulation materials, in the face of moisture erosion. Since lithium batteries are not naturally resistant to moisture ingress on their own, it is essential to employ additional waterproofing measures. In applications, users should take extra care to avoid deep immersion of lithium batteries in water or prolonged exposure to moisture, as moisture can still penetrate through tiny crevices, even with encapsulant protection. Waterproof sealing is critical, and it's important to ensure that the encapsulant is applied evenly and without gaps to maximize waterproofing.

 

Considering that the waterproof performance of the potting compound may be weakened due to aging, wear or physical damage, it is recommended that users regularly check and maintain the waterproof status of the lithium battery.
